Shine a light on me

These homeowners purchased a beautiful 1920’s Chicago home based on it’s historic charm and abundant character. They lovingly polished it up with new paint and other small projects. But when it came time to do a full kitchen renovation, Patrick Eades and SALT Construction came in. Here you can see how they opened a previously cramped kitchen ceiling to give the room height and… light. The combination of exposed brick, natural wood beams, and the light of the sun create an incredible kitchen, rich with texture. Form meets function in this gorgeous kitchen and the homeowners couldn’t be happier.
